SUMMARY Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, primarily on inventory tracking and recording as well as assisting shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and keep track of warehouse inventory transactions on a daily basis.
  • Receive trucks and unload merchandise.
  • Stack merchandise on racks.
  • Stock warehouse with tools.
  • Ensure machinery is serviced and functional.
  • Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute to sales associates for processing.
  • Move materials off racks and package for shipment.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
  • Follow all safety codes.
  • Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution.
  • Record amounts of materials or items received.
  • Perform facilities maintenance.
  • Sort material according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
  • Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.

Basic Qualifications

Typical Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Company Project Manager/Coordinator with various projects and initiatives. Responsibility includes working with external/internal clients, consistently providing excellent customer service, and following up on all and any issues identified internally or externally.

This individual will be assigned various projects by Company office personnel, as secured through the necessary applications / agreements by the Sales Organization. Additionally this person will be responsible for reviewing reports and producing reports based on results/forecasts needed. Must maintain accurate records at all times, while consistently supporting employees on an as needed basis. Identification of critical issues that have a significant impact on the Company.

Lead Electrician Position : FULL TIME Position

Basic Qualifications: Electrician with a minimum of two years’ experience of performing excellent electrical workmanship at business job sites.

Typical Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful installation of energy efficient lighting, including all necessary electrical work to be performed to the complete satisfaction of the business customer and the Company. This individual will be assigned various projects by Company office personnel, as secured through the necessary applications / agreements by the Sales Organization. Additionally this person will be responsible for building a team consisting of five electrical technicians (including self) to deliver excellent results through the professional electrical installation of all necessary equipment. This also consists of thorough clean up after said job / project is completed. This lead electrician will be accountable for his/her team performing all of the necessary work performed at the business customer’s site.

Job Qualifications: Must demonstrate professionalism consistently when speaking, working with customers. This include “difficult” customers. Must have demonstrated ability to perform excellent workmanship with regards to electrical projects.  Job Posting Title: Mechanical Engineer 

This Mechanical Engineer position is for Green Energy Innovations (GEI), a formally recognized 3rd party contractor by a local Major Southern California Utility, for Number One performance in the delivery of Demand Side Management (DSM) results. The successful candidate for this position will provide technical support to the sales organization and the support needed for the development of technical calculations and summaries to be included into the Sales Proposal written by the GEI Proposal Writer, to be delivered to business customers. This position will require as needed, regular on-site visits to business customers at such locations as governmental, commercial, industrial, water, and agriculture facilities. The successful candidate will recommend technical solutions and provide engineering calculations in support of DSM programs, including Energy Efficiency and Demand Response programs. The successful candidate will also lead the development of technical project plans, working with cross-functional teams, including recommendations of feasibility of the DSM project to senior management, reporting on project progress, and ensuring adherence to project scope .   Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Places Safety as a first priority when working within the GEI plant, and when visiting a customer’s facility, including the wearing of a hard hat, safety glasses, and potentially ear protection when touring or performing an energy audit at an industrial plant.
  • Provides recommendations to technical and non-technical personnel including company owners, financial officers, process designers, equipment vendors, equipment/process operators, facility directors / managers, administrators, and all levels of management.
  • Represents GEI with contractors, suppliers, customers, and any other personnel as necessary.
  • Evaluates new potential energy efficiency projects to ensure strict adherence to new Title-24 requirements as set forth by the California Energy Commission, including new construction and major renovation activity.
  • Determines the energy efficiency savings impact through the completion of engineering calculations, while also maximizing the DSM opportunity, through the incorporation of Demand Response programs.
  • Completes the technical calculations and executive summary to be incorporated into the final sales proposal to be written by the Sales Proposal Writer within the GEI Company. Educates the customer on the viable reasons to adopt the recommendations.
  • Provides potential individual education and calculation assistance to GEI Sales personnel and GEI Proposal Writer, while also evaluating energy-related alternatives for the customer’s consideration.
  • Performs other activities and responsibilities as assigned.

  Qualifications   Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have 2 to 4 years on the job experience working on engineering projects in thefollowing areas:Manufacturing and industrial processes, compressed air systems, controls, HVAC (including Chilled Water systems), Energy Management Systems in commercial applications, and lighting.
  • Must possess the ability to perform an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit or higher.
  • Familiarity with statewide DSM programs such as the Express and Customized programs, and Savings By Design.
  • Experience providing recommendations to customers that are based on engineering principles, thorough energy assessments and calculations.
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies for commercial and industrial applications and the ability to consider and evaluate energy alternative solutions.
  • Experience representing the company with third party contractors and suppliers.
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, to develop technical, non-technical presentations and reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Must possess excellent people skills and the ability to work in a Team environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the Korean Language
  • P.E. License or currently pursuing
  • Energy modeling experience (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPro, AirMaster).
  • Microsoft WORD, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook full proficiency
